Customer should be on a 550-575 lb spring based on rider weight fully kitted up. -Scratched damper shaft. -Loose endeye. -Non Ohlins oil. -Red loctite on piston holder. There should not be any loctite there at all. Went out... HSC 2/ LSC 7/ reb 3. -Revalved from C20 to C10. -Polished damper shaft. -Reloctited endeye. -Grub screws for spring collar are not available for sale. I cleaned them and the outer damper tube.
