Öhlins USA services are performed by our highly experienced and factory trained technicians to Factory Service Standards to ensure the best suspension performance.
What is included in the Factory Service?
- Factory Service: The product will be disassembled to inspect all components for wear. Measurements will be taken to verify tolerances meet factory specifications.
- The customer will be notified of any areas that need extra attention.
- All relevant seals and parts will be replaced.
- The product will be assembled, vacuum filled with Öhlins specification oil and dyno tested to ensure Factory quality functionality and performance.
Not included: Worn parts outside the Factory Service Standard parameters.
An updated estimate will be provided for approval if expected costs exceed 15% of the original estimate.
Please note: We reserve the right to invoice a charge of $50 diagnostic fee if no service is carried out after teardown is requested or needed for an estimate.
