FKS 501 1 188917 CAP ONLY Tech found stripped brass adjustment screw in rebound adjuster. Tech replaced adjustment screw and adjuster in rebound cap. TIWI OE Forks anbd FKS 501 kit. Fork came in with hole drilled through lower tube from removal of grub screw. Right leg. New lower tube and foot privided by cust. FKS 501 installed into new lower COMP side Left leg base bolt checked and tighten then finished. FKS 501 went out at C-12 R-12 PL- 12mm on 8423-70 OH-150mm BRST
